Sizing & fit

Our shoes run in whole sizes and are unisex.

Our slides, clogs, slippers, and mules come in whole sizes only (6, 7, 8…). If you wear a half size or you're in between, size up to the next whole size. If you're a half size or in between, sizing up is the way to go.

Always size up to the next whole size. Since we make whole sizes only, round up:

  • Between a 7 and a 7.5? Choose a W8.
  • Between a 7.5 and an 8? Choose a W8.
  • Normally a half size (say 7.5)? Go with the next whole size up, a W8.

Why? Too-small is the most common reason people send shoes back, and it's the hardest fit to fix. Our leather and footbeds gently soften and mold to your feet over time, so the next size up settles into a great everyday fit. When you're in between, size up.

Yes. Measure heel-to-toe and compare to our chart. Use the Size guide button at the top of this page to open the Find My Size tool.

Our roomy toe boxes, contoured footbeds, deep heel cups and arch support suit narrow, wide and regular feet, with room for bunions without rubbing.

All Commbi shoes are unisex, with a two-size difference between women's and men's (e.g. W7 = M5). The size chart shows both.

Every pair arrives ready to wear with our contoured footbeds. The magic? Our modular footbeds work across every Commbi style, so you can swap in new colors, prints, and textures in seconds. Just match the footbed size to your shoe.

Yes. Shop footbeds here. Order the same size as your shoe (a W7 shoe takes a W7 footbed).

Yes. Any Commbi footbed fits any Commbi shoe in the same size, like a capsule wardrobe for your feet.

Materials, comfort & care

Designed with podiatrists, made to last.

Depending on the style: water-resistant vegan leather, premium Napa leather, suede, and shearling, all with plush memory foam in the footbed (and often the upper).

Our vegan leather styles are water-resistant and easy to wipe clean. Suede and Napa leather are natural materials, so keep them dry and spot-clean as needed.

Yes. Our footbeds are engineered with podiatrists for alignment and support, with arch support and a deep heel cup. Many customers wear them for long days on their feet. (Commbi shoes are not a medical device; for specific conditions, consult your doctor.)

Absolutely. Note that shoes worn outside can't be returned, so try them indoors on a rug first to confirm fit.

Wipe clean with a dry brush or microfiber cloth after wear, and spot-clean with a damp microfiber cloth as needed. Never machine wash or tumble dry, as it damages the materials. With proper care, your footbeds mold to your feet and improve over time.

Yes. Pay in 4 interest-free installments with Shop Pay at checkout (subject to eligibility). The installment option appears on the product page and at checkout.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes tracking orders and returns easier.

To ship quickly, we can't edit orders once they enter our system, and can't add or remove items. Please place a separate order, or return unwanted items after they arrive. Questions? service@commbi.com.

Request cancellation within an hour at service@commbi.com (Mon to Fri, 9am to 4pm PST). We ship fast, so cancellations aren't guaranteed; if you miss the window, return the order once it arrives.

Free shipping on orders over $200.

We ship across all 50 U.S. states. Orders to the lower 48 over $200 ship free; Alaska and Hawaii carry an additional shipping rate shown at checkout. Designed in California, shipped with care from Oregon.

Yes! We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout. We don't ship internationally just yet.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and it's free on orders over $200.

In-stock orders are picked, packed and shipped within 2 business days (unless noted on the product page).

Typically 5 to 10 business days after processing.

Tracking and fulfillment updates are emailed to the address on your order. You can also view orders in your account.

How to pack your return

Make sure shoes are unworn, only tried on indoors, on a rug.

Place them back in the original Commbi box with footbeds & tissue.

No tape or labels on the shoe box. Put it inside an outer shipping box.

Attach your label to the outer box and drop it off. Done!

We want you to love your Commbis. You can return unworn items in their original condition within 21 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed. Try them on indoors on a clean, carpeted surface to protect the soles (shoes worn outside can't be returned).
  • Free of any scuffs, marks, or wear on the soles, footbeds, and uppers.
  • Returned with all original tags attached and any included footbeds and inserts.
  • Packed in the original shoe box, undamaged and with no tape or shipping labels applied directly to the box. Place it inside an outer shipping box or mailer.
  • Returned with all original packing materials (dust bags, tissue, inserts).

Final-sale items, gift cards, and gifts-with-purchase are not eligible. Tip: the shoe box is part of the product, and a damaged or labeled box may reduce or void your refund.

Try your Commbis on indoors, on carpet or a rug, for a short time to check the fit before wearing them out. Keep the soles clean and unscuffed and leave the tags on. As long as they're unworn and in original condition, you're all set to return or exchange.

Place the shoes back in their original Commbi box with the footbeds and any inserts, plus the original tissue and packing materials. Do not tape or apply a shipping label directly onto the shoe box. Put the shoe box inside a separate shipping box or mailer and attach your label to that outer package.

Open the Commbi Returns Portal with your order ID and shipping address, and we'll email your return label. If you added Return Protection at checkout, your return and exchange labels are fully covered, so send it back at no cost. If you skipped Return Protection, a flat $14 return handling fee is deducted from your refund to cover return shipping. Questions? Email service@commbi.com.

Return Protection is an optional add-on at checkout that covers the shipping on all your returns and exchanges, so you can send anything back for free. If you choose not to add it, you can still return eligible items; a flat $14 return handling fee is simply deducted from your refund to cover the return label.

Use the same Returns Portal to exchange for a different size or style, subject to availability. The same condition rules apply: items must be unworn, in original condition, with the original box and packing materials.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method. During busy periods, inspection and processing can take up to 3 weeks. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the $14 return handling fee (only if you didn't add Return Protection) is deducted from your refund.

Yes. Contact service@commbi.com with the order details and we'll help arrange a return or store credit, subject to the same condition requirements.

Final-sale items, gift cards, gifts-with-purchase, socks (for hygiene reasons), and any shoes that have been worn outside, washed, scuffed, or returned without their original box and packing materials.

Cancellations & missing items

We'll send a replacement. Claims must be made within 10 days of delivery; proof of purchase and photo/video may be required. Replacements ship once we confirm the order went out incomplete.
